DeltaSoft is pleased to announce the release of ChemCart 2025, available May 2025. This release focuses on , new productivity features in the core interface, smoother startup and configuration and a broad set of stability and usability improvements across the platform.
On the user experience side, ChemCart 2025 introduces several new features::
- an Embedded Web Browser for URL-based data
- a document preview directly within ChemCart (either via a preview field processed from uploaded documents or by displaying content from a stored URL).
- Additional interface upgrades include the ability to Pivot to SDFile,
- the option for Saved Searches to auto-run at launch,
- improved checkbox fields for two-value data,
- an improved date picker for mixed date-time fields,
- hyperlink labels, and
- a new PrintBarcodeTest utility to troubleshoot barcode printing outside an application.
On the administration side, ChemCart 2025 includes new features focused on ensuring security and faster start up times.
- ChemCart applications can be configured to automatically run a pre-determined query when launching, helping teams get to relevant data faster.
- Updates to ChemCart now load faster and notify clients when their ChemCart Server is unavailable (with clearer troubleshooting guidance),
- Offers better support for ldap implementations.
Administrators and power users will also see improvements across tools and integrations, including more flexible application duplication, ELN labeling updates, a servlet default change to ensure proper role/user checks, and clearer Spotfire integration guidance.
ChemCart 2025 also includes numerous bug fixes—especially around PDF reporting, file name limits, search dialog behavior, sorting-related errors, timeouts, and general cleanup of deprecated features.
